Theatre Policies

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Please confirm dates and times with the Cowichan Ticket Centre at time of purchase. There is no admittance to the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre without a valid ticket.

Service fees are non-refundable and cancelled tickets to rescheduled performances are subject to additional service charges. Please note that payment made by cash, cheque, or debit will be refunded by cheque and mailed.

Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the Front of House Manager.

Wheelchair Access Cowichan Performing Arts Centre is fully wheelchair accessible. As space within the theatre is limited, we ask you to book wheelchair seating in advance. Please let us know if you have an attendant with whom you wish to sit.

Guide & Companion Dogs Guide and medically required companion dogs are welcome in the theatre. For audience safety and comfort you must inform us that you are bringing a dog when you book your tickets.

No audio or visual recording devices are permitted in the Theatre House. Please silence cell phones (and darken screens), pagers, watch alarms and other noisemakers during performances.

Babes in arms (12 months and younger) are not permitted for adult performances. For approved events, fire regulations stipulate all bodies in the theatre must have a ticket. The Cowichan Ticket Centre will issue a complimentary “babes in arms” ticket available by phone or in person at the Ticket Centre. See individual shows for age requirements.

EyeGo tickets are available to grade 8 - 12 students with a valid student card for applicable performances and must be purchase in person at the Cowichan Ticket Centre.

Senior tickets are available to patrons 65 years or older for applicable performances.

We Share the Air

Please avoid the use of perfume, cologne and other scented products when you attend Cowichan Performing Arts Centre events. They can aggravate health problems for some people, especially those with asthma, allergies and other medical conditions.

Your consideration will help ensure all patrons enjoy their theatre experience to the fullest.
