Ticket are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please note that ticket orders include a non-refundable service fee. Cancelled orders are subject to an additional service fee that is non-refundable.

There is no admittance into the Cowichan Performing Arts Centre without a valid ticket.

Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
The Ticket Centre is open two hours prior to showtimes and half an hour after the show start time.
